Vitamin B6

Pyridoxine produces metabolites, red blood cells and neurotransmitters. B6 is a cofactor of glutamic acid dicarboxylase and GABA transaminase, enzymes required for GABA synthesis and metabolism in the brain. It is abundant in beans, salmon and potatoes.
